There are those parents who are constantly buying new toys for their children. The purpose of this essay is to discuss the benefits and drawbacks of infants having a huge quantity of toys at their disposal.

Nowadays, experience is more valued in the workplace than knowledge in many countries. Do you think the advantages of this outweigh the disadvantages?

There are countries in which in order to land into a new job it is necessary to have experience instead of knowledge, obviously, there are kinds of employments as persons to develop them and for that reason should take into consideration different aspects. Therefore I am in disagreement to that extent, and I believe that not always there are more advantages than drawbacks due to the following reasons that I will explain here.

In contemporary cities, it is very common to know a person from non-identical countries. And some people think that the more diverse population in cultures and ethnic groups, the more fascinating and quickly expanding countries. I totally agree with this opinion and think that people with various backgrounds can help to improve the country in many ways.

Many individuals believe that nowadays people do not recycle the waste thing of houses and they also say that for increasing the procedure of recycling, the government should take initiative and make recycling a legal need. I fully believe that the higher authority has to make a huge amount of policies and where people about recycling.

Today's technological advancements with modernizing life so develop. In the future, the majority of employees will be replaced by robots or automation. That technology will also apply to transportation in the form of driverless vehicles. Although this technology is convenient and trendy. Thus, I believe it has more drawbacks than advantages.

From my perspective, however, the combination between the state and citizens will definitely be the optimal approach in contributing to the environmental degradation reduction.
