It is irrefutable fact that government initiatives to promote businesses in outskirt areas for the development of the area which was always debatable and now has become controversial. Some masses believe that there are various advantages and others reject this notion by claiming it has disadvantages also. In this essay, I will shed light on the trend and discuss both sides and thus leading to a logical conclusion.

At the present time, the population of some countries includes a large number of young adults, compared with the number of older people. Do the advantages of this situation outweigh the disadvantages?

Nowadays, the number of young adults, which has increased in some countries, forms most of the population , especially in comparison with elderlies. In my opinion , the outcomes of this matter are more vital than the disadvantages. Therefore, I will be depicting my reasons in further paragraphs.

In some countries, a number of individuals consider spending money on new railway lines, so that very fast trains can transport between the cities. While others deem it to be a waste and perceive that it should be devoted to improving the existing ones. Although I can side with both views, they will be discussed and my ultimate opinion will be given.

However , some people opine that the salary of tutors should depend on how much their trainees learn . In my opinion, I believe that valuing job quality is remarkable because it figures the intelligence and experience of an employee. There is this school of thought that teachers should get a salary in accordance with how much their learners study. In my opinion, this viewpoint is unfair because teachers can motivate their students but they cannot force them to learn, and also, some scholars may generally be weak students and when they perform quite badly in exams, is no fault of the teacher.

It is often opinionated that having a home is more primary than renting one in some countries. A fluctuating economy and a steady rise in property value might be the causes for this situation. I believe this is a positive condition as it will benefit people financially in the future.

We are dwelling in a modernisation,where smartphones give a good platform to do payments by using online apps such as phonepe , Paytm etcetera. This trend is rising frequently all over the world. The falling essay shall express the more merits and apply demerits of this development.

It is often argued that adolescents should follow the older generation's rules whereas few opine to counter the rules set by our seniors. I opine that we should take an intermediate position depending on the situation, sometimes we should be considerate about the rules placed by senior people as well as need to speak out if not comfortable with what elders say.
