People have a myriad of views about whether a leader is born or made. Although there are good arguments in favour of captain quality can only be born with, I personally believe that everyone can be a leader after receiving an education.

Some governments say how many children a family can have in their country. They may control the number of children someone has through taxes. It is sometimes necessary and right for a government to control the population in this way. Do you agree or disagree? Give reasons for your answer.

Nowadays the increasing population is a major problem for all authorities. Therefore, they may control this population with introduce new rules and regulations such as the family having more than one child, they should pay taxes to the local authority. I strongly believe that this is the right decision to control overpopulation.

In my opinion, nowadays, individuals are required to bear additional skills in their field as it may be helpful. Hence, it is essential to expand our knowledge as possible. I strongly disagree with this statement, because such a temporary thing as fame can not bring into people's lives a sense of stability and peace which are essential to be satisfied with your life. However, close relationships with your family and friends are the keys to real enjoyment.
