Nowadays people work around the clock; as a result , they become tired by the end of the day . Some people believe that taking a rest and having a sound sleep is the best way to relax our body and mind , others opine that doing some exercise and playing sports is a better way . In my opinion I completely agree with the second view , and I will discuss both sides in the forthcoming paragraphs .

Society, without any doubt, is divided into two groups as per the distinct mindsets of different people.
