Nowadays, scientific research plays a vital role in our lives due to its contribution to technology and innovation. While many people argue that government should conduct scientific studies instead of private companies, I strongly disagree with this viewpoint.

Sports in itself is a remedy to many physical and mental stresses. Youngsters tend to be more involved in sports than adults. Many stop physical exercise due to work-life imbalance as well as a lack of amenities and clubs for them to participate in. However, encouraging them to manage work and free time better, together with the higher authorities providing better amenities will allow more adults to take part.

In some states, there is no balance between the number of older individuals and young adults. However, these days, many countries consist of a large number of younger individuals rather than the elderly. Although, having a more young community rather than an old one has not only advantages both also disadvantages, the drawbacks them outweigh.

These days the majority of children prefer to spend their time playing video games rather than doing sports activities such as football or swimming . The reason behind this is they find it more interesting and enjoyable . In my opinion I completely believe this development has a lot of drawbacks, and in this essay I will explain why and I will draw my own conclusion.
