Fossil fuel (e.g. coal, oil and gas) are the main source of energy for most countries. However, alternative sources of energy (e.g. wind and solar) have been encouraged for use by some countries. Is this a positive or negative development?

Most countries still use fossil fuels as their primary source of energy today, but some are beginning to push alternate sources in order to protect the environment and advance humans. This is mostly positive in my opinion because learning about alternative energy sources helps to preserve the environment and fosters peace-building among many nations.

Nowadays the increasing population is a major problem for all authorities. Therefore, they may control this population with introduce new rules and regulations such as the family having more than one child, they should pay taxes to the local authority. I strongly believe that this is the right decision to control overpopulation.

Being able to gain knowledge is important in today's era, as it is the element key to success. In my opinion, nowadays, individuals are required to bear additional skills in their field as it may be helpful. Hence, it is essential to expand our knowledge as possible. I strongly disagree with this statement, because such a temporary thing as fame can not bring into people's lives a sense of stability and peace which are essential to be satisfied with your life. However, close relationships with your family and friends are the keys to real enjoyment.

The refurbishment of decrepit buildings requires a large amount of investment, and there are those who claim that it would be more efficient to create new buildings. Because of growing demand and modernization, I consider it to be a wise decision, which I would discuss in the next paragraphs.
