In respect of this, people believe that spending more time with adults at these sites would have a negative influence on them. However, some people believe in the opposite way. Men are preferred by most companies to fill positions in higher-level management. Corporations think that women don't have the ability to deal with work pressure despite most of the female candidates showing extraordinary performance in the workplace. I partially agree that,companies should allocate a certain percentage of positions to women as it would help the women and men to contribute equally towards organizational growth . However certain positions need to be filled based on experience and skills.

Education plays a significant role in ameliorating careers for one and all. In my opinion, before preparing for a successful future to get a grade from a college or university will be much better. I think this way for the following reasons, which I am going to discuss in this essay.
