To what extent do you agree or disagree with this statement?

A fairly large number of students nowadays aspire to study abroad. While this can be advantageous to certain people, it may cause disadvantages for a few. In my view, I agree that the benefits are to a greater extent.

Rural-to-urban migration, in many countries around the world, is leading to a decline in the countryside's population. In my opinion, this constitutes a negative development with far-reaching implications. Nowadays, learning a foreign language is become common among the young generation. I totally agree with the latter opinion because learning a foreign speech does not limited to travel or task and has other reasons too.

Nowadays, some sectors of society believe that huge investments are being made in order to repair and conserve old buildings, which brings the idea that it may be better to demolish them and replace them with modern ones. In my opinion, I strongly disagree with this, as demolishing and rebuilding a new building would cost much more money, without thinking about what would governments do to relocate residents in the meantime.
