Children are spoiled with a lot more toys by their parents nowadays. Parents who work outside the house probably buy more for their kids, as a compliment to their time to play with. Having a variety of games makes it easy for kids to switch from one toy to another when they are bored. Parents must be aware that buying their children a lot more toys is not always beneficial for their kids.

Due to advancements in science, the age expectancy of men and women has been raised considerably, and many thinkers have an opinion that the retirement age should also be increased so that people can manage their finances in their older age without any trouble. I wholeheartedly disagree with the statement as older people do not have enough capacity to work.

In many cities there is a lack of space to develop and as a result, in order to modernise, old buildings are demolished and replaces with new buildings. What are the disadvantages of knocking down old building? Do the advantages outweigh the disadvantages?

It is true that the spaces in cities are not enough to be developed, the current architectures need to be reconstructed in order to provide a modern urban area. While destroying an old building will create tons of waste and the history will be eliminated with the buildings, I still think that the warranted benefits outweigh the disadvantages.
