Some folks consider socialization with teammates may bring enormous benefits which may help them in achieving their professional goals that will further enhance their personal development.On the other hand, others argue and consider excessive meetups with fellow workers can produce multifaceted problems at work as well as in family life.
In this highly materialistic society that we live in now. Many people claim that financial status and material possessions are the standards for measuring a person’s success. I believe that success has nothing to do with wealth, happiness is the only right sign to define the achievement of individuals.
In the present age, whether climate change causes negative implications or will lead to a better future for business has sparked a lot of debate. Some people assert that climate variation impacts businesses negatively, whereas others believe that it will provide more employment opportunities. Personally, I am in favour of the former view.
It is certainly true that social media is replacing our face-to-face interactions. While accepting that, I believe that losing communication in real life due to the effect of social media is more likely to have negative outcomes.
There are multiple ways to solve the problems both traditional and modern. Some people argue that the way how to solve issues is a common way while others support new techniques. In this essay, I would discuss the benefits of using alternative methods over antique ones as well as give my opinion on the matter.
Some argue that advertisements have succeeded in convincing people to buy their products, while others believe that advertising is no longer getting attention from the viewers because it is everywhere. Personally, I agree with both views to some extent but I mostly think the first group's idea is more accurate.
Most people think that riding a bicycle is a beneficial transport for health and environment friendly. On the contrary, this type of method still has fewer people to use in many countries. In this essay, I will give some reasons and several solutions to encourage citizens to use bicycles for travelling and commuting.

Nowadays children tend to use their phones for relatively a long duration of the day. This trend has occurred because of many factors. Nowadays it is common for people to learn new languages that are different from their first or native language, and there is no doubt that listening, speaking, writing and reading are essential to learn. In my point of view, I completely agree with that point as the learner must know all of the skills to be fluent in the language he is learning. The purpose of this essay is to discuss why I am inclined to this opinion.
Purchasing a property such as a house or a building is categorized as a huge decision. So, in some countries, many people try to determine the house's history before they have decided to move in.

It is clear that in the contemporary era, trends have changed a lot. It is still a commonly held debate whether the use of bicycles is beneficial for individuals or not. I am of believe that riding bicycles have its own significance rather than disadvantages. I would like to analyze both views before drawing a conclusion.
Government investment in the arts is considered to be wasteful. Instead, it should put more money into public services. It's disagreed that the government finance only public services. Two arguments with explanations will prove this in the following photographs.
Nowadays,children have the ability to learn a foreign language more than adults.However,the question is why people have become more effective and productive when they have learnt a different language not their own language at an early age.A growing number of people believe that the best age to learn individuals is childhood.I completely agree with this opinion and in this essay,I will discuss the results and causes with examples.
