There are clearly many benefits to doing this, but people who live abroad can also face some difficulties. Discuss the advantages and disadvantages of living and working in a foreign country. Nowadays it is becoming more common to move to foreign countries for a long time in order to search for a job or obtain a degree. Undoubtedly, there are quite a few advantages when taking such a significant step. However, individuals who have moved from their homeland to another country experience challenges of different kinds. The pros and cons of living overseas will be examined in the essay.

Individuals go through many phases in their life as they grow up and reach a certain age. Each person is unique and has his or her own character traits which are influenced by many genetic factors as well as numerous other factors. Some people are of the view that the characters and personalities of people are solely dependent on our genes and such inherited characteristics cannot be changed. I partially disagree with this statement as to some extent genes have control over our behaviour whereas the lifestyle and the nature of upbringing a person experiences play a major role in their character development. Alternative medicine is not new. It is accepted that it pre-dates conventional medicine and is still being used by many people all over the world. Some people believe that these medical practices are not safe and can cause severe damage. I am unconvinced that it is dangerous and feel that both unconventional and conventional medicine can be useful.
