In some countries, many children are taught that if they work hard, they can obtain the results that they want. This kind of encouragement can benefit the children to be confident with themselves but it can also make them feel insecure if they are not met with their expectations.

An important step in child development is to teach your kid to discern good from bad and right from wrong. If the child is misbehaved sometimes the discipline might help them reflect on their actions. Punishment is a form of learning the difference between the right things and bad ones. While others consider punishment as torture, I agree with it but not in a violent way.

As far as I am concerned, taking care of the elderly may not be a burden for society because of the development in technology.
