My opinion is that it is advisable to increase taxes for the benefit of reducing traffic congestion and pollution. Explicated below are my assertions and the basis of my belief.

It is undeniable that car manufacturer is the biggest profitable industry. After the discovery of petroleum, automobiles factories are established in the world. Car ownership has been increasing for the past 30 years. Due to this, many big cities have an issue of big traffic jam. In my opinion, it has a negative influence on society and the environment. Undoubtedly, it is the government responsibilities to take some steps to motivate people to reduce the usage of their cars.
