The idea of having a single career is becoming an old fashioned one. The new fashion will be to have several careers or ways of earning money and further education will be something that continues throughout life.

Gone are the days when living and having expertise in one area was enough. In this modern era, inflation is reaching its peaks; having expertise only in one field is not enough so, people should have multiple streams of income and have the ability to learn continuously. I support the statement that a person should have various careers if something does not work out in one job.

In today's world, while most of the people are involved within a very rigid work schedule, it is pretty hard to find free time for any voluntary activity. For young adults, this is even more challenging as they have to allocate their time to different concerns. However, some believe that young people should contribute to betterment to the community as it may enhance their real-life experience while others oppose it denoting it detrimental for their regular workflow either in job or study. Admittedly, it has some downsides, but I agree that the young adults' involvement with the community in their free time has more advantages which outweigh the underlying disadvantages.

School students outperform when they receive prizes rather than punishment.In my opinion,even though facing negative consequences of their activities would be beneficial to some extends,I believe that being rewarded encourage them to repeat positive behaviours.
