In the modern world, shelter is one of the main necessity for humans. Some people prefer to lease apartments and others like to buy their dream place. However, I believe there are more drawbacks in leasing someone else's building and throughout this essay, I will explain it in detail.

One of the major problems that the world is facing these days is the changes in the climatic conditions. According to some people, it is not the government's job to resolve this issue but it is everybody's duty to act responsibly and protect it. In my opinion, I totally agree with it because, due to a high population it is difficult to the officers to restrict everybody and moreover, self-realisation is quite necessary to restrict environmental change and protect the earth in long run.

Over the years, English has become one of the most important languages which are used throughout the world because of a substantial increase in tourism. In my opinion, having a common language would help many non-English speaking countries' tourism and economy. However, this may lead to the extinction of the number of less spoken languages.

There is no doubt that many people prefer to choose companions, who think similarly to them. However, this is more convenient than different minds, I entirely argue against that and thus prefer to setup friendships freely more to whom variant from my opinions.

In my point of view, it is more beneficial for the kids to interact with close relatives and stay under their supervision.
