Some people prefer to rent accommodation while others buy their own home. Does renting a house or apartment have more advantages than buying one?

A home is a place one's heart creates and so recognizes as its own. A place it enters of its own free will. All others are merely dwelling places. In some countries, the vast majority of the community tends to buy accommodation rather than rent it, whereas, in others, the population prefers renting. In this essay, I will examine both views and explain why I believe buying a home is a wise decision.
