It is true that shopping malls have had a profound impact on the business of small shops and as a result of this, many local vendors have closed their shops. In my opinion, it is a positive development due to the number of advantages offered by shopping complexes.

In recent decades there is increased competition between aged people with their younger counterpart for the same job position. Responsibility to support the family financially by older people is the main reason along with fitness and increased life expectancy which made it possible for them to work after retirement. Realistic pension scheme and quota system for both freshers and aged people can be solutions.

Feeling unsafe is common nowadays. No one is safe on the roads as well as their home also. However, some people considered that they feel unsafe in their house as well as outside. While that is happening because of road accidents and war between countries, there are a few solutions as well.
