Previously people have spent hours in order to make a meal for their families, but nowadays we can spend only a few minutes cooking. That's why I concur with the idea that it has significantly changed people's lives in a better way. Although it may influence people's health in a negative way because people do not know how often they should order takeaway food, microwaves and etc.
