It is common among some social members to spend most of their lives close to their hometown. The purpose of this essay is to discuss the possible reasons for this behaviour as well as point out the advantages and disadvantages related to this.

In this essay, I will argue that migrating between countries will have a positive effect on individuals but it will create a negative impact on our society.
