There are those who think this form of advertising is effective while others think the negatives outnumber the benefits. Still, I believe that the advantages are more than the drawbacks.

While there are convincing reasons in favour of the demerits of this resolution, I strongly vote for the merits because of the mitigation of car accidents and traffic conduction.
