There are people who believe that demolishing old buildings in order to construct new ones is better than spending money on restoration and maintaining old buildings. I am of the opinion that society should save some of the old houses, so I partly disagree with the following statement.
Nowadays, more and more new scientific facts and results of exploration are being published by scholars or businessmen. Some individuals argue that these data must be secret and not be accessible to others, while others believe that these results are precious and should not be accessible to the community. In this essay, I will explore both views and give my opinion.
It is true that medicines and other products are routinely tested on animals before they are cleared for human need. While I tend towards the viewpoint that animal testing is morally wrong, I would have to support a limited amount of animal testing for the development of medicines.
There are differing opinions regarding whether international issues should be solved nationally or internationally. While countries' collaboration allows resource sharing, which lead to a practical solution, I believe that some problem could be straightforwardly solved at the national level because of the one-direction policy.

While the majority of people strongly believe that the government's budget ought to be spent on the enhancement of the existing public transportation system. I personally hold this view that they should concentrate on the current railway's structure due to being the nation's daily basis and being cheaper.

While some argue that relocating big companies, factories, and their staff to a rural area will cost a lot, however, I believe it would be the most effective answer. However, there is an opposing idea that they should merely focus on their field of study and gain one qualification. Although giving pocket money to children is considered a supportive act for children to evolve as responsible individuals, spoiling them by giving an excess amount of financing is detrimental to their future development in life.
Communities are now more concerned about accomplishment. Some of them believe that it depends on the study at university, while others argue that it is not fully dependent on learning, but on some other factors. I agree with the latter statement.
Nowadays, more and more people are sure that technical subjects have a greater value in curriculum rather than humanitarian lessons such as history. While other people trust that history is one of the subjects that must have a place in compulsory lectures. In this essay, I will discuss the necessity of passing history lessons and the possible drawbacks in the case of skipping this course.
