In contemporary society, it is believed that the massive invasion of worldwide linguistics such as English will pose a detrimental threat to national languages. From my perspective, I do believe that there are no significant boundaries as well as crucially malicious effects that international linguistics brings on national ones. A trend of decreasing health levels and an increase in average body mass can be seen in some nations. This is mainly caused by the overconsumption of unhealthy food and also the general lack of infrastructure that supports people to exercise, making it harder for people to achieve a balanced and healthy lifestyle. This can be solved by making healthy foods, such as fruits and vegetables, more affordable for people to purchase, and also creating pedestrian-friendly cities to make it easier for people to passively exercise.

As humanity continues to progress in terms of technology, ideas, travel, and communication, it is observed that cultures in different places are gradually becoming similar. This is attributed to the influence of social media, from highly developed countries to underdeveloped ones. The merging of cultures is a negative trend because it takes away cultural diversity.
