It is undoubtedly that the salary plays an essential role in an employee's life as it provides financial stability. Hence, it is argued that high income should be prioritised by those who are looking for a new job. I fully agree with this statement, and this essay will explain why.

It is considered by some that monetary support of developed countries is not a solution for eradicating poverty in developing countries and, on the contrary, alternative forms of assistance are the most effective ways to solve humanitarian problems. From my perspective the efficacy of financial aid in eradicating poverty is debatable. There are definite drawbacks to financial aid and benefits to other forms of help.
