It is argued that in some companies, employers when interviewing individuals, are been asked about their private life such as if they are married or single, and their hobbies and interests. Many suggest that getting personal information would be useful in many companies, whilst others disagree with this point of view. Firstly, I will discuss why some companies and people believe that requiring such information would be helpful in the long run and, secondly, why others think that it is unnecessary to ask for such information on workers.
