The idea of whether men or women tend to possess certain predispositions to become more competitive is a matter of ongoing debate regarding gender differences. Personally, I am more inclined to believe that although there are some women who are willing to compete in their personal pursuits, competitiveness is predominantly a male trait.

There are many reasons that can motivate a person to stay working for the same company. Some believe that money is the main reason. Do you agree or disagree?

People are motivated to stay in the same job for many reasons, and a number of individuals think that money is the primary reason. I disagree that salary is the main factor because most companies pay a similar amount of money for the same job, and the culture of a company is far more important than monetary considerations. It does not make sense to say that money is the primary reason why people stay with the same company because for any job there are many companies all offering a similar salary. This means that nobody needs to stay in a job simply because they are being paid well. For example, a quick search on www.indeed.co.uk would show that, at any given time in London, there are over fifty jobs for human resource managers that all offer a salary of around £80,000 per year. While some individuals considered that education is the best way to get the desired job. Whereas others believe that experience and skills are the key factors to getting a future job. However, I tend to incline towards the former notion, as now will be discussed.

Many species are on the verge of extinction.There is a contentious argument over whether or not those animals who are considered important should be protected. Although it will save a lot of time and money if we only take care of useful animals, I firmly believe that every kind of animal plays a crucial role in our lives. All have their own importance and this essay will further discuss my views on this notion in the following paragraphs.

Music has a vital importance in every people's life. There is much debate over whether bringing people of diverse cultures and ages together can be thanks to music which is a good way. To sum up, the state population argues that using a huge amount of money to build a new rail transport for quick moving between towns to another town. Others say that upgrading present mass transport is the best option. When some would argue that. Invest money to develop available transport. I believe that building a rail service is the best choice because the huge number of people can move and no traffic jams. That saves us time.

It is often argued that with so much suffering in the human population these days, it is wrong to use up precious resources on animals. Taking the example of the tiger, proponents of this view say that to encourage tiger populations to increase in areas farmed by humans would be morally wrong because peoples’ livelihoods would be destroyed for the sake of an animal.

Most of the cities have pedestrian precincts and from time to time they are in the news because cars have been temporarily banned from the centre to reduce pollution. However, no town council has yet the courage to ban private motor vehicles from entering the city centre. There are several reasons why I should it should be done.

There are some claims that in the next years all kinds of transportation will be without a driver and travellers will be the only people inside the mean of transportation. It must be admitted that such development has many positive and negative effects. in my own view, I think it would have a great benefit to our world as I am going to illustrate here.

Globally ,there have been high numbers of road traffic accidents leading to an increase in mortality rate ,especially among young drivers. Some people have come up with the solution that children should undergo driving lessons even in school. I totally disagree with this point because they are still young and need more time for their studies,also they are explorers and likely to explore what they are being taught without supervision. This essay will expatiate the negative effects of having driving lessons at a young age.
