There is no doubt that a teacher plays a key role in the learning process of their students, and teaching effectively is by no means a simple task. It is not difficult, in my opinion, to be both educationally effective and well-liked by pupils, despite the fact that effective teaching requires tolerance, tenacity, and some difficulty. The majority of the time, popularity will help teachers become more successful, and these two traits do not contradict one another. In the section that follows, I will explain how being liked can improve students' educational experiences and why it is not difficult for teachers to be both liked and respected.
