In this day and age, there have been divided opinions on whether providing more sports centres and clubs is the most effective method to improve people’s health or other ways are more helpful. While some people believe that sports services are the best way, I contend that proper health education is a better measure.

This is part of the non-exam subject that they believe in improving academic performance. From my perspective, I disagree because there is no guarantee that all the students have a passion to do this non-exam arts-based subject.

In this essay, both perspectives will be discussed and my own opinion will be given.
