In their advertising, businesses nowadays usually emphasize their products are new in some way. Why is this? Do you think it is a positive or negative development?

Novel technologies and developments, including smartphones and laptops, have been widely used to make people more comfortable. The competition between commercial companies to sell their products in a similar way has been strongly increasing in recent years. Therefore, the promising way to attractively introduce their potential products to people is by claiming the product as a novel product.

SOME PEOPLE SAY THAT NOW WE CAN SEE FILMS ON OUR PHONES OR TABLIETS, THERE IS NO NEED TO GO TO THE CINEMA. OTHERS SAY THAT TO BE FULLY ENJOYED, FILMS NEED TO BE SEEN IN A CINEMA. DISCUSS BOTH VIEWS AND GIVE YOUR OWN OPINION.

In today's era of technology, with the help of the internet, we can see movies in our phones, tablets or smart TVs. Though, some people still think that the only way to enjoy pictures is in cinema. I don't agree with this statement. We are going to discuss both views in this essay.

To achieve international sporting success, many countries build specialized facilities for the training of top athletes, instead of providing sports facilities that everyone can use. Do you think this is a positive or negative development?

Constructing professional sports facilities is indispensable for a nation's sports undertakings. Some approve that to achieve a higher score in international competitions, those top athletes should have the right to use sports venues and facilities while the public should be restricted to do so. I would say its benefit outweighs its negative effects.

Car ownership has increased so rapidly over rhe past thirty years that many cities in the world are now 'one big traffic jam'. How true do you think this statement is ? What measures can goverenments take to discourage people from using their cars?

Today the proliferation of private cars is creating huge traffic congestion in remote cities of Europe and Asia which are highly urbanized.

Being good at mathematics depends on a persons natural ability as well as quality of teaching they recieve . To what extent do you agree or disagree?

It is argued that possesing good mathematical skills is dependent on the inherited ability and the education they attain. In fact, I completely agree with this notion because genetics play a pivotal role in our learning ability and good teachers enhances the skills in mathematics.

Some teachers think that international student exchange would be beneficial for all teenage school students. Do you think its advantages will outweigh the disadvantages?

In this globalized era, nowadays, migration of learners to foreign countries has become a common phenomenon. Some experts favour student swap programs because of factors like better academic exposure and overall personality growth. Admittedly scholars might confront certain complications. Nonetheless, I personally believe that this trend is incredibly advantageous.

Globalisation is considered by some to be a positive phenomenon for everyone involved, but not so by others. What is involved in the globalisation process and to what extent do you think its effects can be considered as positive?

The notion of globalisation can be defined in two distinct ways. On the one hand, technological innovation involves the spread of telecommunications and electronic advances around the world. On the other hand, cultural, economic and financial globalisation based on trade and the movement of capital is a rather different phenomenon.

Crime appears to be rising in most countries in the world, especially among young people. Identify the possible causes of this trend, and propose some solutions you think would be effective.

One of the most critical problems that now governments around the world are confronting is how to deal with the crime crisis, especially among youth. This problem appears to be originated from several factors and could be solved in three ways which will be discussed in this essay.

People shop for things for varied reasons. While in earlier years it was more of buying things for homely daily necessities, folks now have started going shopping as a fun activity. Although I agree it is mostly positive for the overall nation as it results in more development, there are instances of it proving to be harmful to certain individuals.

Eating a balanced diet is the most important factor for a healthy life. To what extent do you agree?

It is a famous saying that "you are what you eat". I could not agree more with the fact that a balanced diet is a key to healthy living. If you are eating food that is beneficial to your body will not only help you physically but mentally as well.

Learning English at school is often seen as more important than learning local languages. If these are not taught, many are at risk of dying out. In your opinion, is it important for everyone to learn English? Should we try to ensure the survival of local languages and, if so, how?

In recent years, English has become one of the most important and common languages to be used around the world. Some people argue that it is a threat to the native languages as this subject is gaining impedance over local languages at schools. I believe, although native languages are important English certainly needs to stay in the curriculum for several reasons and this is possible by keeping it in the school curriculum

Many folks believe that professional employees should have higher incomes than athletes. I agree with this statement to provide higher salaries for professional workers. This essay will explain the reasons why I agree with this.

The key to solving the environmental problem is simple: the present generation is willing to accept a less comfortable life for the sake of the future generation. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

It is argued that the most practical solution for solving the environmental issues would be sacrificing the comfort of present generation for the future generation. There is some truth in this; however, I feel that the target can be better met if we use the resources wisely.

Countries with long avarage working time are more economically successful than those countries which do not have long working time. To what extent do you agree or disagree ?

Although many people believe that nations in which, job hours are set to be more than the average time period are likely to achieve more economic boom as compared to other countries with less working time. I, think in a reverse manner and disagree with this notion. My position is justified further with reasons and examples.

Bullying is a big problem in many schools. What do you think are the causes of this? What solutions can you suggest?

Unfortunately, on any given day in places all around the world, you are likely to find at least one story in the news about a teen behaving violently. This is a huge concern, especially in many schools. In my opinion, violence-related issues among youngsters are tightly correlated with the effects of social media and the parent's upbringing.

Some people think about the best way to improve road safety is to make vehicles driver take a test every year.To what extent do you agree or disagree.

Nowadays, the number of road accidents has increased exponentially because of reckless driving. Owing to this, some individuals think that taking a driving test each year is necessary as a means of safety. I also assent with this notion, that it should be compulsory to update not only road rules and regulations but also their physical fitness.

All cars that burn fossil fuels should be banned and electric cars should replace them. Do you agree or disagree?

It is an opinion that there should be a halt to the usage of cars operated by fossil fuel and electric cars should be encouraged as an alternative. I find this proposal quite reasonable.

Travel around the world is more popular today than it was a few decades ago, and many sectors of the economy are expanded and extended by tourism revenues. However, some people believe that tourism also has detrimental effects on the destination country. I partially agree with this statement, and I will explain more details in the following paragraphs.

Today's tourism is gaining momentum. Many countries are building their economies around tourism. However, it can also bring a lot of problems if it is not managed in the correct way. This essay will examine the advantages and disadvantages of tourism focus and provide a logical conclusion.

Some people believe that parents have the highest influence on a child's development. It is also believed by others that their friends or television have an even higher influence on them. Anyway, both parties are not wrong. There are many factors that play an important role in the development of a child.
