As far as I am concerned, whether punishments should be fixed need to depend on different types of crime.

There are arguments among people that the governing body should provide cell phones to unemployed people and ensure they have online access. They think this is the best method of investing public money to minimize joblessness. Since the use of the internet and phones have taken control in the modern world, it is unusual for the community not to have access to different websites to search for jobs offers, due to it being the easiest way of finding new work opportunities. In my ,opinion governments have the responsibility to help and assist their citizens in unemployment situations, but this is not the best way. As I mentioned before, nowadays every person has a mobile phone and wifi connection it is free in places such as restaurants, public transport, malls, and many more, so is no longer necessary to provide mobile phones because it is a waste of money that could be used in a better project.

Nowadays, in this society juvenile crimes have been increased; and the penalties are far less brutal than the adults. I completely concurred with cruel and serious crimes committed by young adults should be judged like everyone else.

Although some communities opine positively on enjoying movies using new gadgets like smartphones or tablets , another group oppose this by claiming it as less enjoyable compared to seen films at film halls. there are some good facts on using these new gadgets for film viewing such as ,much economical and able to see the newest films from channels such as Netflix. however some qualities like high enjoyment and experiences that include the newest technologies that are available in cinema , difficult to get from this method. hense . this writer opines, the best method of enjoying films is watching them in the film hall .
