In the factors of business achievement, while others tend to link such success to effective communication between senior and junior employees, I hold a belief that state-of-art products and an all-round vision are two crucial criteria in the prosperity of the company in the long run.

The United States of America has brought a solution of imposing restrictions on youth to not to step out of the home after 8 p.m. unless otherwise, it is necessary along with a bodyguard. I think that should be an efficient way to contract the violence as it is our duty to safeguard future generations. The following is an analysis to support the prompt statement.

Some people argue that schools should give individual home-work to students, whereas others advocate that small group study is more beneficial for children. This essay agrees with the latter view rather than the first opinion. This essay will first discuss how individual classwork helps a student to study independently, and then talk about how teamwork helps to increase knowledge as well as prepare for the better career, before concluding that group study is the best for children.

As time pass by this is what lead us to experience "traffic jam". Some people argue that the only way to lower down dense traffic is to lessen people's need for travelling. However, I totally disagree with this saying as there are many more ways we can do to solve this.

Regarding my working experience, I have over three years of working in various educational environments including 2 years of being an Apprentice teacher, 1 year of being a work-camp organizer in a foundation in Poland, and 1 year of being an English Teacher. I would be able to handle a class by preparing class materials, classroom management, and lesson planning. Meanwhile, my working experience provides a probability to coordinate with senior teachers and curriculum designers in the revamping of the aforementioned aspects.
