Mobile phones have become very necessary to everybody's life. Nowadays, phones are very much in trend for use. Most of the parents believe that it is better to give cellular to their children, but, some do not believe in that. This essay will give both side views.

Due to the advance of technology, car has played a crucial role in modern life. Although car still creates some negative effects on the environment, the benefit it brings is prominent.

Most of the people state that, it is compulsory to maintain our house and work station clean and arranged, and most importantly, everything should be assembled in the correct place. In my opinion, this is the basic manners which will describe us as a person and we will learn a few things about it in this essay.

Nowadays, living in the rural areas is getting as popular as living in the cities, although opinions remain divided when it comes to what is better for children. It is argued by some people that city life brings more opportunities for children, whereas others insist that the countryside is way more beneficial for them. But whatever the choice is, it is undoubtedly that both choices will offer its specific advantages and disadvantages.

It is widely believed that there is less connection among family members as compared to the past. Contrary to this popular opinion, I believe the families are able to communicate more nowadays as more and more electronic means of contact are being introduced. However, I do think face-to-face meetings between family members, in particular, are considerably reduced relative to the past.

Some people believe that restoration of old buildings costs too much; we should demolish them and build new ones instead. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

It is widely believed that the reconstruction of the long-standing architecture is pricey, therefore these old buildings should be destroyed and new modernized models should be installed as a replacement. I completely disagree with this statement and this essay will provide my own opinion with the explanations.

In the current scenario, people apparently involve in using immense number of technologies such as, mobile phones, skytrains, the Internet, and the electrical equiment, which considerably improve standard of people's living and make everything convenient. Thus, no doubt, I do agree that better lives of people are caused by the develpment of science.

It is often suggested that the government ought to spend more money on improving railways than building roads instead. In my opinion, I disagree with this suggestion and believe that although railways is useful, it should not be funded by cutting the costs of building roads.

In this present world, the number of people living abroad is continuously on the rise. It is common for people living in a place where they do not use their mother tongue. I fully agree with the idea that it will cause some serious problems unavoidably.

The aerospace technologies are highly developed in major countries such as, America, India, and China, where overall incomes are tremendous. However, there are problems which are needed to be improved using large budget. Hence, I do agree that other financial needs should be addressed instead of this expensive technology.

There is no doubt that practical skill is most important to get a job. Employers look for the candidates who are capable of delivering the results immediately for which they are being hired. Theoretical knowledge is equally important as it measures the candidate's capability to cope up with changing technology. To say that formal education may not need in future, perspective to the job market is not correct to certain extent due to several reasons.

I believe that there are numerous ways of helping the underprivileged, and monetary aid is certainly not the best forms of aid.
