Over the past few decades, there has been a profound increase in technological developments which have contributed towards the decline in crime rates. These advancements help to prevent and solve crimes. This essay agrees with this statement because such innovations have made it easier for the authorities to find the criminal and have improved security measures.

Housing become a crisis for many reasons, It disagrees that reassigning parkland for residential development could solve this problem. These days, developing countries need some facilities for their people, but for these things, people have some different ideas. One group believes new technology can make our lives better, yet other people prefer to have free education. My opinion is the same as the second view because the weakest in developing countries are inhabitants who have educational degrees, and when governments improve education, the educational persona might increase.

Commercial advertisements widely increased to promote products. It has helped the public to grossly know about the insight of the items. In the modern era, there are people who prefer to try alternative therapies instead of going to their doctors. This essay believes that this tendency is negative and in some cases, even dangerous. Doctors spend part of their life studying and watching similar cases, most of their treatments are tested and they are safe. On top of that, most the alternative options come from the internet, therefore, information backgrounds are not checked, and they could cause collateral effects on patient's bodies.
