The administration of justice in each country may have its laws. Although some people are in favour of a fixed sentence, others care about the circumstances of the crime. I will examine both views and express my opinion. Some people believe that if there is a fixed sentence for all people, it can make it possible to eliminate crime in society. In such a way that every person thinks about the result of the crime before committing it and stops thinking about the result of the crime . Although the existence of a fixed sentence regardless of the circumstances and the words of the accused makes the court have a faster process, this may cause a mistake for the judge and unjustly punish someone who cannot be compensated. Others believe that they should examine the conditions and situations of the criminal to know what was the motivation of the person to commit the crime . It is believed by researchers that eating unhealthy food and snacks compromises people's well-being and put their health at risk. There are also disagreements about whether educating people solves the problem or not. I believe, teaching people could result in them adopting a healthy lifestyle and curbing junk foods.
One of the widely discussed issues nowadays is the quality of changes that made by humankind over the past centuries.It is undeniable that the devisements and inventions of modern technologies have made our life much different from oneprevious.However,there is no absolute agreement on whether these changes have been positive or negative.
A myriad of people watch sports at home nowadays. In my opinion, I consider that watching sports at home can bring more advantages for people compared to any problems it might bring.
It is considered by some that those kinds of sports which could hurt people should not be allowed to take a place, while some may view is that people are free enough to choose any sports they prefer. In my opinion, I believe that adults could make their own decision about what kind of interest to choose and they are responsible for their decisions; however, dangerous kinds of sport could seriously damage society.
Ancestral lineage research has been argued by many people to be important in recent times, whilst there are also those who believe it is a fruitless endeavour. In this essay, I will seek to show why I believe that whilst both views have their merits, knowing more about one’s family can be beneficial for those who have been estranged from their roots.
