Compared to the past time, some companies appear to be conscious of defending females’ legitimate rights and take tacts like hiring equal numbers of men and women workers. In my opinion, it’s definitely a positive change that makes a broader impact on social well-being in terms of offering a healthy and fair labour market, but there is still necessary to find a balance between making sure the same numbers of workers in both two genders and thinking about the workforce structure in specific fields.

Nowadays,people are living an adventurous life compared to before. Poverty is a global issue, and it is essential to help the poor countries to eradicate poverty. Financial aid is a common way that developed countries use to help poor countries. However, some argue that financial aid does not solve poverty, and developed countries should provide other types of assistance to poor countries. In my opinion, while financial aid may not be sufficient to solve poverty, it is still an essential part of the solution, and other forms of help should also be provided.
