Life running faster than time and the urgency of people to reach certain places by not wasting a single minute has resulted in individuals inclining more towards air travel than preferring to view natural sceneries of the world through trains or buses to reach their destination.

Learning is a never-ending process, and it is important to reward students on a certain occasion in order to increase their motivation. Some people believe that top-performing students should be praised while others claim that rewards should be given to those who show obvious improvement. This essay will discuss both sides of view, although I firmly believe that both categories of schoolchildren deserve recognition for their effort.

According to Maslow’s hierarchy of needs, roof over one’s head is one of the basic human needs. In some communities buying a house is more popular than renting. High rental fees and the personal preference to maintain social status are the main causes for this trend. I believe that this is a positive development and reasons for my observation will be given henceforth.
