If all workers in a company were paid exact same wage regardless of job role there would be much more harmony and cooperation between staff. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

If all employees in a company had the same salary, no matter what their role was, there would be much more harmony and cooperation between them. My opinion will disagree completely with the essay because the goal will not be achieved and the opposite will happen.

In many places, new homes are needed, but the only space available for building them is in the countryside. Some people believe it is more important to protect the countryside and not build new homes there. What is your opinion about this?

In this contemporary epoch, with an increase in the number of people, the demand for houses is also rising but the only place that is available for construction is the village areas that can support the settlement of humans. However, the critics do not agree with this view and want to preserve the countryside. In my opinion, rural areas require protection and the population should be settled in populated areas only.

Some people believe that the onus falls on the governments of richer countries and I agree because there is a huge disparity in fiscal capabilities and it would help reduce migrant waves.

As the world's population grows in number, governments are finding it difficult to allot enough funds to sections of the society that are of most importance. While some say that activities meant for recreation are crucial and should receive money from the authorities, others, along with myself, disagree as there are other sectors that lack funding and should be looked at instead.
