Car ownership has increased so rapidly over the past thirty years that many cities in the world are now "one big traffic jam". How true do you think this statement is? What measures can governments take to discourage people from using their cars? Give reasons for your answer and include any relevant examples from your own knowledge or experience.

In the modern and globalized world the necessity for acquiring a car is increasing and a major concern in big cities, the reasons for purchasing a car sometimes go beyond luxury and fall into the necessity of a four-member family to travel around the city since early hours. However, the increasing amount of families acquiring a vehicle is growing and at the same level traffic jams are also becoming more common. This essay will agree with the former statement discussing in detail the components of the problem.

Every country should have a free health service even if this means that the recent medical equipment may not be available through this service. To provide a non-payment health service to the citizens by the government can be very expensive and cost a lot for the government. I am of the opinion that it should be paid for. However, it could be subsidized by the government, so as to accommodate all range of people in the country, from the low-income earners to the very high-income earners.

IAns: Early age is the learning stage of life. Whatever is learned in the early age, can remember longer in life.So I strongly believe that, to learn the difference between right or wrong at an early age is significant for children. Being a virtuous member of society have a crucial value in every person’s life. As no one can live alone so everyone needs society for surviving .However ,society does not want to keep with them to an immoral person . Thus every person should be taught morality from their childhood .There are common views regarding children that they should be taught to become ideal members of existing society by the parents .On the other hand, many differ with the above-mentioned point and believe that the school is the best place to learn social values.
