Sport is the main way for health, which helps people to get fit, as a result, they become healthier and more energetic. There are many kinds of athletics that most people want to do as a type of fun way to invest their free time, therefore people perform a variety of sports as a hobby. Other people thought that health doesn't depend only on sport because sport has little effect if they still have an unhealthy lifestyle. Having an unhealthy lifestyle causes your body to suffer from leakage of vital minerals it needs to do its biological process. Thus, their frame still unhealthy, even they practice a sport every day. I believe that sport is crucially important for everyone, but it should be accomplished with a healthy behaviour.
