Humanity is no longer restricted to dwelling in particular locations thanks to the improvements in technology. Many people believe that cities are still the greatest locations to live based on this new option. Some people, on the other hand, choose to live in rural areas. In the lines that follow, this essay will analyze both of these points of view before presenting the author's perspective.
In the present day, some individuals believe that university students should study subjects that they want to learn, whereas other people are of the opinion that they ought to only engage in studying the field of science or technology, which is expected to improve our society in the future. This essay will discuss both viewpoints and personally, I support the former opinion because I consider that subjects related to science and technology are not the only things supporting our economy.
Many people think that the main purpose of advertisement is to push the sale of items that consumers do not have a demand for. Despite the potential downside of commercials, I strongly disagree with the statement given believing that product marketing has many other important roles nowadays.
Nowadays, a few people think that both husband and wife should be the shareholders of finance in the house. I believe that this is a correct way of demonstrating marriage as a sacred union by sharing their duties with each other. Firstly, I will discuss the importance of funding in a house, and secondly, I will emphasize the importance of the participation of both spouses from the financial perspective.
Currently, organisations are permitting their workers to complete their duties from home in a number of nations, whereas physical presence at the workplace is needed in other countries. In my view of thinking, a work-from-home policy saves expenses regarding many factors for employees as well as employers. However, there are some regions where office hours are compulsory, and these are difficult to make flexible.
Whilst it is considered that the crucial purpose of science ought to be to enhance individuals’ lives, I completely disagree with this statement for some reasons.
In recent years, many have argued that the best way to read the news is no longer in newspapers. In my opinion, though there are sentimental reasons to prefer newspapers, newer forms of media are far superior.
Issues related to the building construction budget and maintenance costs are frequently discussed these days. It is argued that in terms of a financial topic, we should knock down old buildings and build new ones instead of renovating them. I completely disagree with this assertion and think that the construction payment for reconstruction is not much lower than renovation.
In the modern world, the environmental issue is a well-discussed topic and it seems that individuals and businesses have more responsibility in preserving than governments. this essay will explain my opinion based on some facts.

Of course, it is very important to spend enough money on the treatment of inhabitants. However, I reckon that the development of preventive measures could bring some beneficial changes.
