It is argued that owning your home is better than leasing it. This essay will consider why this is the case, and whether or not this is beneficial.
It is commonly said that managing to purchase homes instead of paying for living costs gradually is the best choice for families in hustle and bustle cities nowadays. From my point of view, I partly agree with this discussion because of some reasonable aspects.
It is commonly argued that we should provide aid for others living in our region or nation instead of everybody worldwide. Personally, I completely disagree with this view for a variety of reasons.
The improvement of science will enhance people’s standards of living. In my opinion, I agree that the advancement of science helps people in many ways like in food production, entertainment, and healthcare.
It is widely believed that the media has recently focused on problems and urgent issues rather than positive improvements that can be detrimental to people and society. Personally, I firmly agree with this opinion for the two main reasons below.
In modern times, the issue of smoking in public places has become highly controversial. There are those who say that smoking in public areas should be banned, however, others believe that it should not, in this many I will examine both sides of the argument and provide my overall opinion.
It is argued that open-plan offices suggest snug and convenient environment conditions for employees rather than a normal office. Personally, I completely disagree with this statement and I reckon that an8 office room with several staff would be more advantageous and beneficial for workers.

The increasing number of waste from statistical research has been shown a rising trend in the past several years. To tackle this issue, recycling is believed to be one of the solutions that can reduce the amount of waste from the household. A question is raised if legal action should be taken in order to control the rate of recycling or not. From where I stand, the government should reinforce the law regarding this issue to effectively reduce the amount of waste.
There are a lot of people considering the view that owning a house is much more important than renting it. In my point of view, I agree with that statement and I will write this essay to explain why I agree with the above statement.
More and more people having health issues do not take recommendations from their doctors anymore ,instead they depend on their traditional remedies. In my opinion, I believe that this development has both positive and negative sides.
