Some folk believe that the rule should help folks from poor and rural areas to get tertiary scholarships by making the admission process easier. So , everyone can get a university education and hence, anyone can get a lucrative job. From my perspective, I strongly agree with this statement due to many reasons which will be described in the following paragraphs before the conclusion is reached.
