In the future, it may be necessary for us to live on another planet. For this reason, some people believe that we should spend money now researching planets that could be a possible home, such as Mars. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

Whether the government should invest in searching for another habitable place for human settlement in the universe has long been a controversial issue. While some people believe it is an urgent need for their survival in future, others believe the money should rather be spent on other important areas. I personally support the former view for the following reasons.

With technology growing at a faster pace than ever, the spontaneous availability of news from across the globe is highly demanded. Although newspapers are still a major outlet for many people, the internet is catching up with its presence on almost every device. This essay explores the differences in the media and concludes with a personal opinion.

Many people believe that the development of internet networks leads to a decrease in travellers in different nations as they do not need to go on a trip to acquire knowledge of various lifestyles. I partly agree with this statement because of some pros and cons which it brings to us.

I am of the personal opinion that the best way to reduce crime rates is through long prison sentences, which have far better benefits than short ones, and there are several reasons for such an opinion, which I shall be elaborating on below.

It has always been an issue whether men and women should play different roles in society. Some people say that women should prioritize housework and childcare, while others argue that both genders should play equal roles. I disagree with the statement because I believe that men and women should be equal, while I understand to some extend that women are better in childcare.
