To conclude, people may have varying opinions regarding importance of job security and permanent job. I believe that professional satisfaction is more important to lead a content life.

Nowadays many believe that occupation fulfilment is more salient, while others think that the result is true. In my ,opinion professional contentment is more important than an enduring career. In this , an essay I will discuss both sides of the argument and explain my support for the former view.

Some people think that the closure of local business will bring about the death of local communities. To what extent do you agree or disagree? In today's world, comprehensive franchise markets and shopping malls become more and more popular. Some people argue that the mass growth of large-scaled market places damages indigenous shops and local groups, and they have a lack of power for a competition with these huge companies. I completely agree with that opinion, and I will explain my view.

Some sociologists believe that having a fixed retirement age for everybody irrespective of their occupation is unfair, and certain workers should be allowed to take early retirement. I completely agree with this argument and I will indicate my view with examples.
