It is considered by accomplishing Secular Education is the best way to get a profession, on the other hand, it is told that experience with soft skills development plays important role in cracking a job.

It is often believed that one of the most prominent ways to encourage workers is to give wages based on their performance . I think this is the best notion to encourage staff as this might give them satisfaction and encouragement to perform hard.

It is, of course, important for people to earn a sufficiently high salary to support their lifestyle. This does not mean, however, that the salary is the only point to be taken into consideration when choosing a job. Indeed, I would argue that there are a number of other factors that are equally significant.

It is a matter of common knowledge, that technological evolution changed the world dramatcilly and noticable, nowadyas the main soucre of information are tv radios and cellphones, which can be found in every household. It is clamed by part of society that mass media such as Tv, Radio or neswpappper, are the ones that shape human personality in 21st century. I personally, strongly agree with this statemnet, and in this essay I will support my opinion.

A child's development is the basic foundation for their future. Most people believe that the learning and practices children get before they start school are vital whilst others believe that the experiences youngsters get in school are more influential. Both of the thoughts are adequately discussed in the subsequent paragraphs with my opinion.

It must be admitted that overpopulation is a serious threat the world is facing now. There are a few reasons for this situation and I completely agree with the statement that it is the greatest problem faced by mankind. In this essay, I shall discuss the possible causes of this scenario and a few arguments to prove my statement.

In this day and age, it could be said that due to the development of technology in maintaining and enforcing the law, the number of crimes is declining. From my viewpoint, I agree partly with this statement.

Nowadays, the influence of international media like movies, television and magazines is quite intense on regional tradition. In my perspective, there are more merits of this shift than demerits, along with the conclusion, which would be perused in the forthcoming paragraphs.

There is no doubt that putting a bird in a cage strict innovation. According to some, content creators are ought to be free in illustrating their art, without any limitation procedures. In my opinion, I totally agree with this point of view otherwise creativity will be diminished.

I am evaluating the effect of this behaviour with relevant examples and suggest a few ways that could help to reduce such negative impacts.

With the advent of industrialization, the job market has changed dramatically in the last decade. Nowadays, some individuals are on par with the idea that it would be better for professionals such as doctors and engineers if they get a chance to work in a country where they completed their job training. Others, including me, completely disagree with the above opinion. In this essay, we are going to look at both sides of the coin.

In recent years, there has been an increase in the number of gap-year students who finish high school but instead of continuing to higher education levels, they travel for an extensive period. For these young people, it is a valuable opportunity to broaden their understanding and knowledge about the world. There is a common opposing view that states the year is considered wasted in terms of time and money. Even though I sympathize with the latter viewpoint, I would support the former one.

There is a viewpoint which argues that humans must tolerate not satisfying situations instead of putting effort into them due to the advancement, however, another idea claims that low-quality occasions should be improved with people's tries, and I thoroughly follow the second view.

The argument over whether learning at home or at school is better for children has not been settled yet. Whereas homeschooling offers better protection with individual learning and opportunities for families to bond, educational institutions have a superior range of material and human resources. Ultimately, I think the formal education experience is best for students or kids.

Alcohol is a beverage that adults like drinking as it can help them to be more relaxed and happier. Some people argue that the consumption of it is usually related to crime cases hence banning it could decrease the crime rate. This essay will discuss the effectiveness of this policy and other feasible solutions.
