The topmost positions in many organisations are occupied by people from the older generation. Some members of society argue that younger people make better leaders. This essay completely disagrees with this statement. I believe that the elderly are better suited to function at higher positions because of their high emotional intelligence and wisdom gained through experience.

n this day and age, many people hold a strong view that homeschooling is a better way to develop children rather than sending them to school. While this statement is valid to some extent, I would argue that it may do more harm than good.

Modern technologies provide new solutions to the language barrier which was an unsurmountable problem in the past without human interpreters. Moreover, some individuals consider that auto translators can replace those people. From my way of thinking, I believe that interpreters are necessary due to the not literal meaning of the languages and the unreliability of those devices in crowded locations.

A good transport system in the country helps in its development. Some people believe that spending a large amount on the development of new rail tracks for rapid trains between the cities is essential. However, others opine that more allocation should be to the transportation we already have. In this essay, I shall discuss both views. As for as I am concerned, I am more leaning toward the latter notion.

Nowadays, an increasing number of individuals are arguing about the changes in the retail industry between the countryside and the megalopolis and its impact on public transportation. Whether the citizens from rural areas should go shopping in urban areas and the concerns of increasing use of automobiles have caused a heated debate recently. I believe that the positive benefits of this change over its negative impact.

The unemployment stream in some countries makes the governments create a public system to pay money to every unemployeds continuously. However, there are a lot of critics who disagree with this decision because they say this system cause destroys the financial resources of the nation due to decreasing in people's motivation for working.

Nowadays, there are many changes taking place in the field of education. Increasingly, people are concerned about the future of kids, and undoubtedly, they are trying to find out the best way for helping this improvement. As consequence, certain people argue that children are able to choose what subjects to study at school, while others don't believe they are able to take this responsibility. In my opinion, it could happen only in high school and I'm going to talk about it.

However, I personally agree with the statement and a number of arguments surround my opinion.

In the beginning, it is argued that the therapy costs a lot and better follow the prevention measures to avoid some sicknesses. This essay agrees with this opinion. This essay will first illustrate how people could protect themself from disease without spending money and then discuss preventive measures that every person should follow to reduce well-being obstacles and high expenses on it in the future.

In my, an inclined it is a personal choice whether to take a gap in studies before indulging in university, travelling or working. Thus this essay will describe both positive and negative sides which leads to a logical conclusion.
