In many developed countries, most people tend to think that it is very essential for them to have their own home in place of hiring one. There are several reasons for this trend. From my perspective, it’s a positive impact on human life.

Some people say that television is useful for education, while others say it is useful only for entertainment. Discuss both views and give your own opinion.

The importance of a television cannot be over-emphasized. A school of thought says that it is beneficial for enlightening the mind while others say it is only gainful for entertainment purposes. I believe that the television does not only provide pleasure but it is also a tool for learning. In this essay, I will delve into that properly.

In this contemporary era, some people think that history is an essential subject which are being taught in schools. Whereas, other people think that in this crucial world science and automation are more important than History. However, in my opinion I completely agree that fiction and machinery are much more important than History because it had played a vital role in our society. This essay is an attempt to explain why science and machinery is essential than History.

The importance of the government in improving the life of the less privileged section of the society such as the unemployed or the homeless citizens has been a major topic of concern nowadays. There could be several reasons for this, and I totally agree with the idea that the government should be of great help to these disadvantaged people.

Many research projects which create countless devices and knowledge derived from it as well as from the Earth become a cornerstone of human development.I agree to a large extent that they are definitely worth the time and wealth invested in them.

It is irrefutable that advanced technology changed human life compared to the previous centuries. Nowadays, we can talk with our near and dear ones by click on a single button. Some people argue that people become more interactive and socialize because of new inventions, while others say that it made them anti-social. In my opinion, people involved themselves in social activities because of modern technology.

Some experts believe that it is better for children to begin learning a foreign language at primary school rather than secondary school. DO you agree or disagree?

People tend to think differently on a single issue as some suggest, that foreign tone should be taught at primary level while others possess the opposite mindset that such attempt should be conducted at secondary level. In my opinion, it is high time for children to learn a foreign tone in elementary school.

Traffic and housing problems could be solved if large companies, factories and their employees were relocated out of cities. Do you agree or disagree?

Since the dawn of industrialization, the establishment of factories and companies have led to growth to numerous problems. It is believed that as industrialization is surging day-by-day, relocating them to countryside areas can resolve the problems concerned with traffic and residential areas to a certain extent. I vehemently deemed that since setting up of industrialization in the city canters are responsible for these emerging issues, it can be resolved by taking this initiative.

Nowadays, some people prefer to work in different jobs than working in the same organization for so long. That is a commonly discussed topic and there are both advantages and disadvantages for each case, some of which this essay shall consider.

A highly controversial issue today relates to how people should manage their budget to help the country’s economy. In this essay, I am going to examine this question from both points of view, and then give my own opinion on the matter.

Lack of housing is an issue in many areas that might be solved by having more constructions in countryside. It is believed by some people that lands and jungles should be protected from civilization. I totally agree with the idea and think protecting countryside is a vital act. I will discuss my opinion in the following.

It is argued that some people’s success is mostly attributable to luck instead of their own hard work. However, I completely disagree with this opinion.

It is true that some people must to be paid fees when they want to museums while others are free. Despite the disadvantages of charging for participation in museums, I believe that there are many plus points which outweigh the disadvantages.

In developing nations, it is considered by some citizens who are longing their government to launch some new and high-tech products to them in order to advance their quality of life while there are others to firmly convince that providing free education would be more useful in a long run. While advanced technologies can lead things efficiently, but I believe that some human knowledges cannot be supplanted by those technologies as providing free study would be more advantageous in a long term.

Nowadays, many people choose to move to another country in search of work. It is argued by some that it is disadvantageous for children of these families as they often have to adapt new environment, while others believe that this way of life is beneficial for a child’s growth. In my opinion, discovering new life with their parents is a great experience for those children even though it can cause some stress.

According to Google study, 85% of Singaporeans own smartphones. Similarly, in this fast-paced community, it is observed that the majority of the people on the streets own smartphones. In fact, it is commonly seen that children, aged 12 and below, possess these materials. It is often debated parents believe that the disadvantages outweigh the advantages of small kids having cell phones due to factors such as the distraction it impacts on them. However, it seems that the usage of phones has its merits and consequences in serving the children’s needs.

It is common these days when men take the childcare responsibilities, while the wives would be the breadwinners in the house. From my perspective, there are many reasons leading to this, and it is a worthy development of our modern society.

People's opinion differs as to whether or not importing foreign movies and TV program acts as contribute to the country's culture. While there are some arguments against domestic products are much positive. I subscribe to the latter personally.
