In recent decades, environmental issues have never failed to draw public attention. Some people stated that a rise in the cost of fuel is the only way to improve this problem. In my opinion, increasing in petrol price may be reasonable to some extent; however, this solution remains several drawbacks.

Some consider motor vehicles to be the most effective method to get about in a city while others maintain that bicycles are the better option. In my opinion, although the benefits of travelling by a car cannot be ignored, bicycles are the key to healthier individuals and the environment.

With growing levels of mass production and trade we are becoming increasingly careless and wasteful with things we own. This trend has not been observed before when people used to fix and reuse rather than just getting rid of things when a small damages occurred.
