People hold varied opinions regarding organising free time for children. Some argue that parents should take charge of planning leisure time for them, while few others believe children themselves should have the freedom to decide what they want to spend this time. In my opinion, however, a balanced approach including parental guidance along with children's autonomy can prove more beneficial.
The question of whether firms ought to reserve some positions for females, since some of these posts are offered to men although half of the workforce in most modernized nations is filled by women, has sparked a considerable debate. While many advocate for this, which I firmly agree with, others argue against it. Analyzing the opportunities for equal careers, as well as removing bias from offices, will give a comprehensive overview of the subject matter.
It seems that social media has engaged many people online. By this, I mean that they spend or we can say waste many hours on social media rather than on some other productive item which has made some employers ban the usage of these sites while being on duty. This practice is fair as they pay the employees to work for them, so, I think they should be allowed to make some rules and regulations for work which could include banning online sites. This essay will further provide reasons to support this theory.
There are numerous factors that drive our motivation to work for the same company for a long time period. Whilst proponents of this notion believe that finance is the main reason that anchors employees at work, others share an opposing view by claiming that the number of factors that influence an employee to be loyal is far more than one.
