In recent times shopping has become more of a pastime, whereas it was previously considered as a duty by most people. I do believe that this transformation has its benefits, even though there are downfalls to it too.

It is considered by many people that government should responsible for the arts, while others argued that spending money on fundamental human rights such as health and education is a responsibility for the government to safeguard. In my opinion, the argument that it is better to spend money on education and healthcare is an argument that is both advantageous and disadvantage by many. The two views will be thoroughly discussed and analysed before drawing a reasoned conclusion.

Today, with the significant increase in the number of producers of various goods, not only do buyers have difficulty in choosing the product but there is competition between producers to convince the buyers for buying their products. And here advertising plays an important role, the public believes that they buy products in the influence of advertising. I agree with this point to some extent but most public buy goods not because of adverts but because they need the produce.
