In most successful companies, some people think that communication between employers and workers is the most important factor. Other people say that other factors are more important. Discuss both views and give your opinion.

It has long been a subject of discussion whether the communication between staff and employers is crucial in most prosperous companies or other factors play an important role in being successful. In this essay, I will discuss both sides of the debate and explain why I am of the opinion that communication is the most important thing in successful companies.

Few Individuals believe that there are many serious effects for business due to climate changes while others suggest that there will be chances for entrepreneurs. In my ,opinion there are negative effects on construction business and benefits for drink industries due to atmosphere diversions.

Over the last decades, environmental issues have become inevitable, owing to the global economy's rapid development. Some point out that the problems' level has become international rather than an individual nation or citizen level. I agree with this statement to a certain extent since we share responsibility for the earth environment regardless of national origin.

Education plays a vital role in the overall development of an individual. A number of people opine that the ultimate goal of education should be making a person beneficial for society whilst others think that it should help individuals to full-fill their dreams. This essay will discuss both sides and I personally support the latter view.

It is sometimes argued that governments allocate too many economic resources to space programs which could be more beneficial if used in vital public sectors such as health and education. while I believe education and health are very important, I completely disagree with cutting down space programs budget in order to be spent on schools and hospitals.

Doing temporary work is usually regarded as a significantly negative impact on people’s careers in modern societies, and I think many adults are unwilling to give up making money to spend a long time doing something that they like. This essay will analyse this phenomenon and illustrate my opinion.

Some people believe that planting trees in open areas of town and cities has become more crucial than building more households. Today many people assume that children need to bring profits to regional networks with unpaid activities in their spare time and I agree significantly with this statement because our world is built by our performances which have the target to make better our lives without money.

Nowadays, the trend of migration to developed countries has become increasingly popular. While certain members of society believe that the rich countries are stealing experts from poor countries, others believe this trend is being followed since the beginning of civilisation. I completely agree with the latter view as people who settle abroad can find better employment opportunities and can afford standard lifestyle.

While some people opine that, pupils can only perform better if they are frightened of their teachers, others, however, assert that amiable relation would yield more productive results in students. I intend to discuss both these views in the following paragraphs and then mention my opinion.

Technology is flourishing by leaps and bounds and the smartphone is considered to be the greatest achievement by scientists intelligence. I firmly believe that working on advance cellular making our brain more reasoning instead of less intellect. Further, this essay will elicit the rationale to support my view.

There are students that after finishing school, instead of going directly to the university, prefer to take a gap year, travelling or working. In my opinion, the advantages of a gap year, both personally and professionally, outweigh the disadvantages, like the delay to begin a career.
