It is often opinionated that having a home is more primary than renting one in some countries. A fluctuating economy and a steady rise in property value might be the causes of this situation. I believe this is a positive condition as it will benefit people financially in the future.

Humans are always curious about new creatures outside of the earth. There is no doubt that numerous individuals hope administrators invest more in seeking life out of the earth so that we can find another place to live. On the other hand, opponents say we should not utilize those funding on that as we already face many challenging issues like poverty problems and environmental problems on our planet. And I agree with the latter view.

Offsprings are the future of society, there is no doubt that how we raise youth will determine their future. Additionally, I strongly agree with this statement as scions form their personalities and value at home. Conversely, the surroundings that offspring interact with will determine their promising life.

Some people believe that animals as living creatures should have equal rights as humans, whilst others rather think that they can be used for significant purposes such as studies and food. To my way of thinking, animals deserve respectful treatment due to the disinterested help. However, without them, humans couldn't reach present achievements.

Some argue that criminal juveniles, such as disorderly conduct or theft, arise due to a lack of parental attention. Therefore, some lawmakers recommend punishing parents for their children’s destructive behaviours, forcing them to care for their children more closely. I agree with this statement, however, from an ethical perspective, I think children should be taught to hold responsible for their own actions.

It is opinionated that the bullet train is a primary solution to move people between cities effectively and excites new development. While some folks agree with those views, others are reluctant to the plan as it is better to be allocated for existing public transport improvement. I believe that the benefits of the railway will outweigh its drawbacks.

Some countries use fossil fuels while others encourage to use of wind and solar. This essay intends to analyze the benefits of later perception and would explain the reason why I am in its favour.
