It is often argued that there is a global tendency that exhorts the government to punish parents instead of their offspring, as they have the main responsibility for their offspring's actions. Although I agree that they can be the main factor for these actions, I believe that there are some factors that contribute to these acts.

Some argue that criminal juveniles, such as disorderly conduct or theft, arise due to a lack of parental attention. Therefore, some lawmakers recommend punishing parents for their children’s destructive behaviours, forcing them to care for their children more closely. I agree with this statement, however, from an ethical perspective, I think children should be taught to hold responsible for their own actions.

It is opinionated that the bullet train is a primary solution to move people between cities effectively and excites new development. While some folks agree with those views, others are reluctant to the plan as it is better to be allocated for existing public transport improvement. I believe that the benefits of the railway will outweigh its drawbacks.
