Every year several languages die out. This is not important because life will be easier if there are fewer languages in the world. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

Many languages are losing their existence over the period of time. However, some believe that this is not a matter of concern as lesser languages would be much more convenient. I support this idea to a greater extent for various reasons.

Countries are becoming more and more similar because people are able to buy the same products everywhere in the world Do you think this is a positive or negative development?

In modern society, the availability of certain products over the world is currently increasing , which gives the populations in many countries similar fashion or food habits. Although this can be viewed as a big win for the economy and equal accessibility for all, I personally believe the negative aspects of this matter outweigh the positive ones.

Living in a country when you have to speak a foreign language can cause serious serius social problems, as well as practical problems. To what extents do you agree or disagree with this statement?

In this globalization era, according to research done by a team at the University of Indonesia in 2020 shows 50% of the global population is living in numerous countries which forces them to speak a foreign language. Many argue it provokes not only social but also practical problems. This essay will discuss in detail why I strongly agree that speaking a foreign language while staying there in fact, can cause problems.

It is asserted by few that international programmes such as the Olympic games are crucial and help to enhance the relationship between other countries but there is a strong counter-argument amongst sections of people that they are a waste of resources as the amount can be spent on the country's infrastructure development.This is a matter to be debated in the light of several factors which would be discussed in the following paragraphs along with my opinion.

Advertising plays a significant role in business, as it allows companies to promote their products and reach new customers. In recent years, many businesses have begun to place emphasis on the newness of their products in their advertisements, in order to attract customers who value the latest trends and innovations. I believe that this trend is negative, as it can be ignored by some hesitated people, or it can destroy the company's reputation by providing erroneous information.

Video games have become one of the most popular entertainment forms in modern society, targeting people of different ages. However, many parents criticize that this type of entertainment is useless and poses certain drawbacks to their children’s mental and physical development. Personally, I totally agree with this opinion.

Some people think that in the future nobody will buy printed newspapers or books since everything can be read on the Internet without a fee. Personally, I totally disagree with this statement for several reasons.

Nowadays, with the popularization of electronic technology, many children have much more opportunities to use smartphones, and some of them will spend a lot of time every day on them due to the compelling content such as games or social media making them addicted. I permanently insist this is a negative development because it is detrimental to children's health and poses a negative impact on their cognitive development. I will explain my view in the following essay.

It is argued that students in further learning should have the freedom to pursue their passion through education, while others think that the future importance of the topic should decide whether they could study it or not. Although I believe allowing most of them to follow their dreams will make them happier members of our society, it is also reasonable for the government to expect universities to produce a minimum number of students in each sector.
